We’re looking for volunteer Community Connectors:
We’re also looking for individuals who are interested in being in a network. If you have an interest or a passion, we’ll connect you to someone who shares your interests.
Often community members are told that only professionally trained individuals are allowed in the lives of people with disabilities. PLAN networks are formed with the expressed intent of inviting community into the lives of people with people with disability. The network is made of up family members, friends, and community members, with events where network member are able to get together to know each other and support the person at the centre of the network.
