Ratings ranged from 70 - 100% Satisfaction with the level of safety and security that is present for their family member.

- Would like to see less staff changeovers.
- The need for better orientation and training to casual staff.
- Would like to see more educational programs being offered.
- Concerns with their sons home being used as a rehab centre for modified workers.
