One of the Lethbridge Association for Community Living’s greatest strengths is our ability to connect people. The Family Managed Resource Centre Database will do just that. The FMRC will allow families to advertise for home support such as Respite Aides, Community Support staff, Behavioral Aides, Developmental Aides and Personal Care Aides. At the same time, individuals that enhance opportunities for compatibility in providing supports for individuals with disabilities are able to upload their resumes on this database. We believe that these connections are part of what makes a good life!

The Employment Database was developed through a grant for the Community Initiatives Program from the Alberta Government.
